She founded Inner Capital Group to provide high-net-worth clients and family offices with family office infrastructure, international expansion advisory and global professional connections.

Through The Next, she speaks with accomplished individuals and emerging entrepreneurs, bringing their stories to a wider audience. The series connects the next generation with the experience, networks and values of those who came before them.

Managing Partner, Ecosystem & Operations

Taozi leads an education community focused on international schools in Singapore. She brings years of experience in international education, community management and partnerships, connecting entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families with professional networks worldwide.

At Inner Capital Group, she oversees operations, project delivery, community development and partner relationships. Her work connects business services, wealth management, family offices and global professional networks, helping clients build lasting relationships.

Yu Lan (于岚), Lawyer

Private Wealth & Family Office Counsel

A partner at Han Kun in Singapore, Yu Lan has over a decade of experience in Singapore private wealth legal services. She focuses on family offices, wealth planning, cross-border investment and corporate matters, advising high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and family offices.

She is a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore and holds legal qualifications in the People's Republic of China, the United Kingdom and New York State, with extensive cross-border legal experience.

As Inner Capital Group's Private Wealth Legal Adviser, she supports family office structuring, succession planning, cross-border asset allocation and corporate legal compliance, providing international legal support for high-net-worth families.

Dr. C

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Dr. C holds a PhD in Control Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a focus on reinforcement learning. His research and development work spans AI, large language models, machine learning and intelligent decision systems.

He has worked at international technology companies including Shopee, Kuaishou, SmartNews and BizReach, with extensive experience developing and deploying AI agents, recommendation systems and intelligent platforms.

At Inner Capital Group, he oversees AI strategy, platform development and AI agent research. His work applies AI to wealth management, client service, risk management and business operations, supporting the development of an AI-powered WealthTech platform.
